Unless you are a serious athlete who devotes each day to your chosen sport, i dont think many of us will see benefits from them.
Protein can be great, if you aren't getting protein in your diet. But if you are gettting enough in your diet, then it's not needed.
And let's be honest here, no one in here needs 350g of protein a day(unless we have ronnie lurking somewhere)
So much nonsense there I don't know where to start. If you are an athlete you are least likely to take pre-workouts because DMAA is banned in pretty much all sports. And while most pws contain some caffeine the main active ingredients are DMAA and PEA. But I have to agree with steveP, if you take them on almost daily basis your body will develop a tolerance to them, so it's best to only use them when needed if you feel a need to use them at all.
Protein powder discussions have been done to death so no point in starting the argument over again, but unless you have the strictest diet it's always good to get that bit of extra protein intake into your day.
