Due to popular demand we now have our very own Fitness Diet Bodybuilding forum.

This forum is not ment to rival any bodybuilding forums.. its not designed to attract any bodybuilding types, its just a place for ns.com members who are into this kinda thing to chill.. A bit like what the Photoshop section is to all the Design guys..

Also We would like to Welcome M&M to the mod team to keep an eye on this forum :)

steve we need bench record in weight divisions... like your body weight 65-80kg then the bench record for that weight class...

Already asked M&M about it. Not enough people yet to have categories but maybe we can put weight next to lifts.
