z32 or r32. Which ever has the same port locations as s13.

Have bid on a R32 GTR M/Cyl so see how that goes. I have grabbed some GKTech brake lines and may get the abs delete as well so I can run the BM50 ABS M/cyl if I end up going that way.

I have a HFM BM57 in my 180 with R33 GTST brakes all round and it feels great in my case. I have heard a lot of people do have problems with them though. I originally tried using a R33 BM44 which should have matched the brakes but was way too soft.

Awesome mate thanks for the feedback.
If this bm50 falls through (will be 3rd one sale falls through of it does) I think I will just try one of those.

Bit of an old post. I currently have R34GTT front with W5 Winmax and R33 GTST rear with Winmax W3. I am running a GTR abs master cyl (BM50) with GKtech lines splitting the front port left and right.

On hard braking I am getting some lock up in the front on the track. I can avoid this buy braking earlier but would like to try and get the modulation a bit better. I will muck about with tyre pressures this weekend but just after any ideas as to what could work better.

I am using Castrol race brake fluid.

GTR brake master has huge front bias.

Master's have two features - the inherent bias, and the 'knee point', which is when bias comes into play. It is referred to with a torque figured. Most nissans are proportioned something like 0.6 front and 0.4 rear brakes, with ...40? kg.m knee point. GTR's have a 20 kg.m knee point, meaning any more than a toe on the pedal will favour the front brakes.

I was going to run a Z32 BM57 on my car, but the brake shop I got to service it destroyed it pulling it apart.

hmmmm.
I must have got a dud steer somewhere as everyone I spoke to said the non abs or line split abs gtr bmc was way to go.
perhaps I should change it out to the r34gtt unit???
not that hard a job anyways.

Anything that isn't GTR would probably be better.

I'll test it at wakefield and play with tyre pressures
if no luck ill add a r34gtt master and see if it's better.
