Ok well to give my statement from last night some more credibility i will be posting up before and after pics. Although i currently hate my before body i'm willing to do it.
And also, for those Canberra boy's get on to planet max'z webiste ww.planetmax.com.au and they even have, in large print, a disclaimer stating that if you're planning on buying something over the net you should print off the page, bring it in, andthey will match or try and beat that price.

i find that even though i getting the mass and muscles.....it's not defined.....it's just pissing me off....gonna switch to bsn soon. heard that it heaps better for definition and tone.

- morning carbs, limited carbs other times
- lots of water.
- more reps at gym. more "calorie rich" activities like walking, jogging.
- lean, low fat foodies.
oh yah, and some sups u may want to investigate:
- L-Carnitine HCL
- dihydrogen oxide (plenty of this! works great! and is the most effective sup out of them all)

If you want bulk just use protein, creatine and add pure carbs to the protein drinks... is the easiest way without blowing a wad of cash.
Or if you want to cut up run your arse off in cardio, minimise your carb intake, maximise protein intake, and use something like hydroxycut which really does work.

Its actually dihydrogen mono-oxide.. But there are confirmed side effects:
lack of thirst.
There are also studies showing that its poosibly cancinagenic, and toxic. Di-hydrogen monoxide should be banned!

You really shouldnt get onto this stuff mang, it can f**k you up!

also use Ignite
would mind hearing from people that have use NO Xplode (i think thats the one) recommended from ronnie coleman

I currently ride 3 times a week, 12km a day, and have sports training 3 times a week (Normally a 5.6km run, sprinting, stick work, its for lacrosse, 2 hours all up) I also do benchpressing at home, 3 reps of 8, with 25 situps inbetween these. Pushups occasionally at training..
Im trying to tone up some of the "extra chubby" stuff that i have on me, and have a visible pack.. Im 80kgs at the moment.
What you reckon Bouy/Anyone else? What should i get on to give me a nice cut look?

Yup i know what you mean about cutting...the thing is that when i lean down, my body tends to loose to much mass in the wrong areas when i was doing cardio every alternate day.
I bought hydroxycut and am just starting to take it....so will see how that goes.

Sorry, I did mean dihydrogen monoxide. My bad. However, their is no such thing as dihydrogen-dioxide, it doesnt exist. Heavy water doesnt have any more oxygen in it, just the hydrogen atoms contain a nuetron in addition to a proton.
Hydrogen will always bond with two oxygen atom. Unlike Carbon, which can bond with one or two. (this is because hydrogen requires a single bond, while carbon requires 2.)
