  4. ye i wasnt expecting to see 210kw on the dyno, and the drive isnt that much different from the 181kw with the t28... I saw a number people hit my target power range (230-250kw) with the TD05 on a very similar setup.. and i want a more responsive 230-250kw so thought the td05 would be sufficient... the exhaust and dump looks pretty rat shit, and the avcr isnt holding boost properly... so ill start checking potential bottlenecks before i put it down to the td05...
  5. Hey guys, Just wanted to post up my results/experience with purchasing a Kinugawa turbo for my S15. Firstly, a big thank you to everyone who has contributed to this thread, it helped out alot. Purchased a TD05H-18G from the "kinugawa_turbo" ebay store as it was $150 cheaper than buying directly from Kinugawa.com. Communication was good and delivery was quick (approx 5 days). I had the same issue as "brent47" where the intake snorkle was fouling on the actuator. Reported this back to kinugawa and they sent me a new actuator and refunded $25 back into my account. Also, would have been nice if they included a oil drain hose with the kit but wasn't a big issue. Fitment was straight forward from there. My S15 Details: Stock Motor Kinugawa TD05H-18G Apexi PowerFC Apexi AVC-R Apexi Pod Filter Bosch z32 Air flow Meter Nismo 740cc Injectors Walbro Fuel Pump Tomei Poncams (256 duration - 11.5mm lift) FMIC (600x300x76) Spitfire Coil Packs 3" Turbo Back Exhaust with hi-flow cat Made 283hp (211kw) at 18psi tuned by Matty Spry at PITS. Before i bought the car, it was making 181kw with the stock T28 and a Mercury Motorsport tune. Was hoping for a bit more power (230-250kw), so looking into potential boost leak/exhaust issues.
