    Verrrry nice mate and F U C K you have put on some size! Todays session- Worked the back today, main lift was Deadlifts - 220kg for 3 x 8 with a belt.

    Are you squatting over 200 now? wow, thats a big improvement! I wont be at Pro Raw 1 unfortunately, I'll be overseas till mid April. Tonights main exercise was paused box squats to a 30cm box: 130 x 8 132.5 x 8 135 x 8

    Thanks mate, I ended up getting down to just under 90kg. It's bulk time now. I want to get to 103kg, heavier than I've ever been, before I leave in 3 months. Tonight the main exercise was with close grip bench and went 130kg x 8, 8, 5.

    Quick update: Im over in the middle east for work and training is going ok, deadlifted 215kg for 3 x 8 last night and I've put on 5kg in 4 weeks, im at 95kg now.

Sitting at around 90kg and leaner than ever.

    Bent row- 1 x 6 with 135kg 3 x 6 with 140kg Wide grip chins- 10,9,8,10,10,8 Last 3 sets were done in between other exercise sets. Military press- 4 x 6 with 90.5kg Thats 24 reps with bodyweight, probably one of the top 5 lifts I've done in training. Side laterals- 4 x 6 with 27.5kg Ez bar curl- 1 x 6 with 49kg 2 x 5 with 49kg The 5 reps on the last two sets flew up but totally fatigued half way up on the 6th. Cross body hammer curl- 2 x 6 with 30kg 1 x 6 with 27.5kg Massive cheat on the last rep of 2nd set. Kneeling cable crunch- 1 x 8 with #38. Using too much of the hip flexors. 3 x 10 with #31.5 1 x 20 with #28 1 x 15 with #28 Bodyweight: 90.5kg
