    He had himself banned intentionally then set up the proraw forum. Lol yeah banned intentionally so puppets would follow him to his forum. Funny And all the f**k ausbb that continued after, people are retarded and cant think for themselves. There is a reason people followed him to the forum, well it's actually his powerlifting fed. Jealousy and bitterness will get you nowhere. Are u a retard? Or simply a muppet? Were you a part of the forum at the time? Did you see the retarded banter that went on between people simply because he was banned (and it was his intention). f**k these people, f**k those people , im leaving here yadda yadda it went on for a while and was childish for some people. To deny what actually happened because you "think im jealous" is a joke in itself. I dont even visit ausbb anymore so the forum has nothing to do with me.

Did 20 rep breathing squats on Friday and i am still burning haha. For accessory work. Need to keep all energy systems and muscle types fairly well trained. Hypertrophy stage atm. But getting good strength gains from different training.

    Different muscle fibres trained.. whether it's muscle fibres that grow or the ability to store glycogen. Inter and intrA muscular connections. The ability of the mind to activate maximum amount if fibres. And generally it's just body fat perception and an illusion. Look up 80kg bodybuilders on stage in photolook impressive but in real life not so much. Bodybuilding is getting big but also an illusion of proportions. Power and strength are just that.

    All weight training can be considered strength training. Obviously though the goal is to acquire strength as opposed to solely focus on hypertrophy. However both forms of training will end up if done properly with a little of each. Compare strongman powerlifting weightllifting to bodybuikdkng.

    So? It's how the body works.. any goal with performance or physique or health is based around diet and insulin the right amounts of calories and macros

    You can not turn fat into muscle.. What you can do is decrease your fat mass and increase your muscle mass, what happens is body composition changed but weight fluctuates little. They are 2 different processes happening at the same time and people confuse how they work,. This only usually happens in new trainees who had less then normal protein metabolism who are now actually moving and taking in protein .. Protein is only needed when you cant reach your goal.. 2.5g/kg bodyweight in food WITHOUT going over your caloric allowance due to other macro nutrients needing to be lowered. Or you simply cant eat enough food without feeling sick. There is NO other benefit besides convenience/cost and taste. In that case i recommend WPC or MPI from bulknutrients.
