    Thanks for the cardio session on Sat Markos. Probably the hardest things I have ever done in your gym. My whole body is killing me today, took me 5 min to put my shoes on this morning lol. I actually enjoyed the session, and since the weights are not "that heavy" it was easy on the joints as well. Very impressed with the others in the group not only are they all very fit, but strong as well! I will try my best to come over as often as possible.
