Please post all comments,questions and inquiries here,no chit chat in the journals themselves.

 

Anyone starting a journal please lock.Can a mod please pin this and all journals,I still dont have that option.

I think Buoys suggestion of keeping journals for all to see is a great idea.

Might just be the thing that keeps me motivated this time round.

 

Lets see a few others.

We need more journals.Buoy has started his,what about 180GO,Hazard 181,Confusion,Fruijitsu,180 mph,Adamjk,Chris S15 etc.

fark, buoy - so ur sayign ur 170cm tall but u weigh 83kg?! woah... that's my height & i'm 20kg's lighter, fark now i wanna pack on the weight so i can catch up to ur lifts :lol:

I'll get mine going tomorrow night. I've had a disrupted fortnight with assignments and court hearings :S...Free tomorrow arvo.. and im hitting the gym then. I've been maintaining at around 73.5 in the mornings so i'll use that as something to build upon.
