Dropped my flywheel off to Extreme to get machined, got that back nice and shiney!

Then headed off to sleeka spares to pick the injector o rings up.

 

Injectors are installed, so is the flywheel and clutch. im just having trouble aligning the clutch and slipping the box on by myself :(

I have an aligner i just cant get it to work!! Being built like a plateface isnt much fun, and rb20 boxes and small lol

 

I gotta go out tomorrow night unfortunately :(

Put the engine like 50mm off the ground slide the input shaft into the clutch so it sits in there then lift the back of the box and push/twist/wiggle it. easy :)

Yeah did that, still struggled to lift the box off the ground... Ive really become unfit fast since becoming fulltime :(

Did my back in again today.. fairly sure i strained it from lifting the box yesterday :lol:

Basically had to stand all day as it hurt to much to bend my back. Soooooo that sucked

Loving day light savings!

 

Didnt achieve a whole heap but finished work and did all my fuel lines, just gotta buy some relays and mount the fuel cell.

My silicon hoses also turned up in Adelaide! still unsure as to if i can be bothered to change over to them.

List of shit before the engine can go in.

 

Align clutch

Gearbox on and find the bolts for it

Rear gearbox seal

mount starter motor

make braided turbo line

Bolt on the rest of the hardlines/ get new washers

swap exhaust manifolds and try to remove the broken stud

 

Get s14 rolling by installing Lca's and steering rack

Push cars around

 

Then install!!

Peiced the s14 back togther some more but i need my rattle gun to finish it off (mate has it)

 

Also tried to align the clutch again, but no bingo. the think is a *milkshake* to do!! So instead scrapped off the old plenum gasket and install the new one.

 

May need a few people in the know to give me a hand installing the clutch
